Platform Role
TajeerShip acts as a digital marketplace and facilitator connecting shipowners, charterers, and maritime professionals. We are not a broker, carrier, or ship operator unless explicitly stated.
Chartering Responsibility
- All charter agreements are entered into directly between the vessel owner and the charterer.
- TajeerShip is not a party to charter parties, freight contracts, or voyage agreements.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying vessel details, compliance, and contractual terms.
User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform for lawful maritime purposes only
- Respect confidentiality and commercial sensitivity
- Avoid misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation
Limitation of Liability
TajeerShip shall not be liable for:
- Charter disputes or contract breaches
- Operational delays, losses, or damages
- Financial or commercial outcomes of charter agreements
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws relevant to the platform’s operation.
